2026 Registration Changes
Introducing Premium and Regular membership tiers
Dear IAGT Members
We need to address participation consistency
- •Last year, we had a record registration (140 players), but almost 40% of members played two or fewer events.
- •Lower participation leads to uncertainty in forecasting the number of players for each event.
- •To get shotgun start, organizers make firm dollar (or # of players) commitment in advance, which results in financial exposure.
- •We need more players who are willing to commit to at least 3 events per season. While volume of players is good, consistency in the number of players per event is better – reduces our exposure.
- •Hence, we are modifying the registration process by introducing Premium and Regular memberships. Premium members will have a lower cost per event, priority and other benefits.
